Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To support the Stores Issuance, Receiving, and Inventory functions by ensuring accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials, while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and compliance with company procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Bins aircraft parts and materials into designated store racks and locations. Assists the Receiving team with goods inward activities including package opening, verification, and scanning. Picks and transports parts and materials from warehouse racks to the issuance area in a timely manner. Cross-checks inventory during binning and issuance to ensure accuracy. Maintains housekeeping standards in warehouse racks, storage areas, and inventory stock. Carries out general warehouse duties as assigned to support Stores operations. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma Fluent in English Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment (preferred, not essential). Exposure to warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory handling is an advantage Basic knowledge of warehouse scanning devices, ERP/WMS systems (e.g., AMOS) preferred Years with qualifications: 0 - 2 years Basic warehouse training (preferred) COMPETENCIES Customer Focus Teamwork Effective Communication Personal Accountability & Commitment to achieve Resilience & Flexibility (Can do attitude) ISR REQUIREMENTS Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
