JOB TITLE: Stores Person
RESPONSIBLE TO: Branch Manager
HOURS: Full time Mon-Fri 0800 -1700 – 42.5 hour week
Pay: £12.21 to £13.75 per hour depending on experience.

KEY SKILLS

· Forklift licence or experience advantageous
. Basic reading and writing skills.
· Good housekeeping with a drive to maintain a clean, tidy, organised work area.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Able to multi-task and prioritise during busy periods.
· Excellent organisational skills and good time keeping.

To effectively manage the stores area of the branch. You will be checking, signing, and unloading deliveries from suppliers, carrying out stock takes, ordering stock, preparing goods for collection and delivery in line with company procedures. As well as arranging and preparing products in readiness for installations, you will serve trade and domestic customers processing orders for a variety of products. With training provided you will cut and prepare glass, mirror and door panels to specified sizes and process orders in line with company procedures.
