REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role preferred
    · Be willing to learn and grow
    · Must be able to commute to work(City Deep)
    · Must be available immediately

Responsibilities
  • Assist with identifying protentional suppliers and vendors
  • Checking/ reviewing stock levels regularly
  • Help negotiate prices and terms of agreements
  • Updating stock information
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Comparing items received against orders
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine procurement needs
  • Review operations /Projects schedules for a timely order
  • Prepare purchase orders and review invoices for accuracy
  • Tracking purchases & returns
