Job Title: Stores & Stock Keeping Executive Job Type: Regular/Permanent (RP) Job Category: Eyecare-ISCM (Eyewear-Inventory and Supply Chain Management) Department: Supply Chain Management Location: Chikkaballapura, Karnataka, India Additional Parameters: - Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management and stock keeping - Knowledge of eyewear products and industry is preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stores & Stock Keeping Executive to join our Supply Chain Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory and stock levels of our eyewear products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our stores and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of eyewear products - Receive and inspect incoming shipments of eyewear products - Organize and maintain stock in the warehouse - Prepare and process orders for delivery to stores and customers - Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team for timely delivery of products - Conduct regular stock audits and report any discrepancies - Generate reports on inventory levels and stock movement - Assist in forecasting and planning for future stock needs - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Train and supervise junior stock keeping staff Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred - Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management and stock keeping - Knowledge of eyewear products and industry is preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for inventory management and eyewear products, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Titan.
