Job Description Are you a detail-orientated and organised professional with a passion for operations and supply management? Reporting to the Stores Manager, you will oversea the day to day purchasing and stores operations, ensuring stock is accurately received, stored and distributed to support all departments across our Hotels. What you’ll be doing: Coordinate the prompt and accurate distribution of goods to all departments and sub-stores Ensure all goods are received in line with approved purchase orders (quantity & quality) and stored using FIFO principles Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and access control for all storage areas Manage supplier returns, ensuring proper authorisation and accurate record-keeping Maintain up-to-date supplier information in line with Accor preferred supplier agreements and pricing Support department teams with sourcing goods from approved suppliers and system setup Process and reconcile Food & Beverage invoices against purchase orders in the purchasing system Follow up on outstanding deliveries, discrepancies, and supplier-related issues Ensure stores, loading dock, and storage areas are clean, organised, and maintained to a high standard Oversee the security and condition of all stock to minimise loss, damage, or pilferage Ensure all equipment is well maintained and used appropriately Assist with monthly stocktakes in collaboration with Department Heads Qualifications Previous experience in purchasing, stores, or inventory control, ideally in hospitality A confident communicator who likes systems Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills A team player who is reliable, trustworthy and proactive under pressure Previous experience with Purchase Plus, or with a similar purchasing system is highly advantageous Additional Information Why Join Us?
