Responsibilities

JOIN OUR TEAM AT OUR ALBURY MANUFACTURING PLANT AND PLAY A KEY ROLE IN KEEPING OUR OPERATIONS RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

As our Stores & Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be hands-on in coordinating the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and store areas. You’ll supervise and coach your team, manage incoming and outgoing goods, and make sure inventory and orders flow accurately through the production process.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with people across the business and with our transport partners. A current forklift licence is essential, and previous experience leading people in a warehouse or stores environment will be highly regarded.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse workflows to deliver orders in full and on time
  • Supervise, train, and support your team
  • Manage receivals and dispatch of goods, liaising with drivers and couriers
  • Maintain accurate stock records and safe, tidy work areas
  • Promote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement every day
