Adecco is currently hiring for a Stormwater Management Project Manager, Civil Engineering to join a well-established and respected consulting firm specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects.
Based in either Burlington or Toronto, this full-time, permanent role offers the chance to lead technically challenging and rewarding projects across the GTA and Greater Golden Horseshoe area. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering site development projects that make a real impact on local communities, while building strong client relationships and mentoring project teams.

  • Salary: $100,000-$130,000 + bonus + benefits + vacation + stocks + RSP + other perks

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role within the consulting industry
  • P.Eng. designation
  • Strong understanding of subdivision and site plan approval processes
  • Technical knowledge of municipal engineering standards, practices, and regulations
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic and hydrologic engineering principles
  • Proficient with MS Office and engineering tools/software
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and client-focused

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and deliver residential, commercial, and industrial development projects on time and within budget while managing client expectations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry knowledge and relationship building in the GTA and Greater Golden Horseshoe
  • Lead and contribute to proposal efforts, project scoping, and RFP assessments
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide technical leadership on grading, servicing, and stormwater management components of projects
  • Oversee project reviews for accuracy and compliance with municipal standards and internal policies
  • Manage project financials, including budgets, invoicing, progress payments, and receivables
  • Participate in business development activities to grow the company’s client base
  • Support contract administration and attend client and project meetings
  • Perform other related duties as required
