Position Overview: As a key member of our teaching team, you will inspire and motivate clients through engaging group Pilates classes and personalized private sessions. We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and warmth—creating memorable experiences, fostering community, and helping clients achieve their goals.   Major Responsibilities: * Teach high-quality group classes and private sessions, delivering exceptional Pilates experiences. * Incorporate multiple personal touches throughout classes with your toolbox of options to ensure each client feels supported and valued. * Be dependable and prepared for every class and session * Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every interaction. * Actively take feedback and adapt to align with studio standards. * Participate in staff meetings to collaborate with the team. * Assist with in-studio and off-site events, contributing to community-building efforts. * Support a welcoming, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment for all clients. * Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our studio and the STOTT PILATES® method. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Current STOTT PILATES® Certification (required). * Experience in programming and teaching group classes and private sessions. * Reliable access to the studio near Yonge & Bloor. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to provide an exceptional client experience and contribute to building a supportive community. * Team player with a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt.
