• Welcoming customers into the showroom, over the phone, and through online channels
• Guiding customers through the entire car-buying process — from enquiry to handover
• Conducting test drives and presenting vehicles in a confident, professional manner
• Offering finance and insurance solutions in line with compliance guidelines
• Following up on leads and building long-lasting customer relationships
• Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Managing the forecourt, ensuring all vehicles are clean, well-presented, and correctly priced
• Photographing cars for use our website, whilst also keeping the website stock updated
