Your responsibilities will include: * Conducting Strata site inspections and damage assessments * Determining the cause and extent of property damage * Appointing and coordinating trades and technical specialists * Communicating with owners, strata managers, insurers, and contractors * Preparing professional reports and claim documentation * Managing claims to ensure timely and positive outcomes for customers This role combines technical property knowledge, problem solving, and customer service.
