What We Offer * Permanent full-time role * Hybrid working * Supportive, high-performing national team About the Role Manage a portfolio of strata claims end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders and providing clear, timely updates throughout the process. Experience in insurance or strata claims is ideal, but we’re open to strong customer service professionals (retail/call centre) looking to build a career in insurance. Internal title: Strata Internal Claims Adjuster (Also known as: Claims Consultant / Claims Manager / Claims Handler). About You * Self-motivated and solutions-focused * Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset * Empathetic, positive, and team-oriented * Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and make sound decisions Key Responsibilities * Manage claims from lodgement to settlement * Support and guide customers through the claims process * Assess coverage and review documentation * Investigate and analyse claims * Set reserves and prepare reports * Determine liability and finalise claims Key Requirements * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Strong organisation and attention to detail * Insurance/strata experience (highly desirable) About Crawford Crawford is the world’s largest publicly listed claims management company, operating in 70+ countries.
