WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Strata Manager or in a similar property management role
• Strong working knowledge of strata legislation, by-laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Full time or part time

ABOUT THE ROLE

Fairwater Strata Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our team in Macquarie Park, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a diverse portfolio of strata properties, ensuring the smooth running and compliance of the buildings under your care.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Providing high-quality customer service to owners, tenants and contractors
• Coordinating and managing maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects
• Organising and attending regular strata committee meetings
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, by-laws and regulations
• Assisting with the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans
