Quay Pacific Property Management Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company that has provided property management services to the Lower Mainland for nearly 30 years.
We are seeking a Full-Time Strata Property Accountant who will contribute to our commitment to excellence in property management. This individual will coordinate the preparation of accurate and timely Financial Statements for Strata Corporations and complete data entry. This position is Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You must be a service-driven individual.

  • You must bring your commitment and passion to be the best!
  • Accounting degree or equivalent – 3 years minimum.
  • Strata industry experience is good but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge & experience of accounting computer applications.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly Financial Statements for an assigned group of Strata Corporations
  • Complete the accounting tasks list (full-cycle accounting)
  • Data entry & client information updates in INFO-Tracker.
  • Document and maintain/update procedures of processes.
  • Monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures for Strata operations.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities for Strata operations.
  • Respond to emails, accounting, and data entry inquiries from clients & trades.
