Assistant Strata Manager/Strata Search - Flexible & Mostly Online
Are you familiar with the world of strata and keen to put your skills to use in a supportive, flexible environment? We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in strata (or strong familiarity with strata terms and processes) to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main responsibility will be conducting strata searches and preparing inspection reports for buyers of strata-titled properties (such as residential units or townhouses). Don’t worry – if you’re across the basics of strata and where to find things, we’ll provide training and guidance to get you up to speed. Rookies with the right attitude are welcome!
