The Strategic Account Director will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

WORK EXPERIENCE

What You’ve Done

  • 5+ years of successful Account Management/ Sales with SaaS B2B solutions
  • Industry experience selling HR/ Talent Management/ Talent Acquisition solutions or related technologies
  • Proven B2B SaaS Account Management experience selling into global, multinational Enterprise Accounts
  • Demonstrated success with growth and retention of customers
  • Curiosity, the ability to dive deeper and ask questions to enhance customer intimacy
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp and explain technical and business concepts
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
