As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the strategic relationship between Databricks and one of our key global customers, ensuring the successful adoption and expansion of Databricks solutions. You will work closely with the customer's key stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges and leverage Databricks' technology to deliver impactful solutions. The impact you will have: Develop and execute a strategic account plan, aligning with their business objectives and goals Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including C-level executives Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the footprint of Databricks solutions Orchestrate Databricks' internal teams, including sales, solutions engineering, and customer success, and external ecosystem partners to ensure seamless delivery and support Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, and provide insights to help shape Databricks' product and service offerings Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs What we look for: Proven experience in a global account management role, preferably within the technology or data analytics industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and drive revenue growth Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel as needed to meet with key stakeholders and attend industry events About Databricks Databricks is the data and AI company.
