Act as the strategic advisor and relationship owner for senior customer executives across business and technology functions. Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with a proven ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Skilled in cross-functional orchestration, working seamlessly across global time zones and organizational boundaries. Understanding of digital transformation in Financial Services, including AI, cloud, data, and cybersecurity trends. Passionate about delivering impact through teamwork, innovation, and execution excellence. Coordinate activities across time zones and business units, ensuring consistent communication, accountability, and delivery excellence.
