Description

Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.
Working at Natcast represents an opportunity to help extend America’s leadership in semiconductor technology, significantly reduce the time and cost of moving from idea to commercialization, and build and sustain a semiconductor workforce development ecosystem.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 15+ years semiconductor industry experience
  • Proven track record closing multi-million dollar deals with IDMs and OEMs
  • Deep relationships within major semiconductor companies
  • Experience with account-based marketing/sales approaches
  • Excellence in C-level stakeholder management
  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor ecosystem
  • History of exceeding strategic account revenue targets
  • Track record of managing complex, multi-year engagements
  • Executive presence and strategic planning capabilities

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced degree in technical or business field
  • Experience with industry consortiums
  • Knowledge of federal research landscape
  • Background in semiconductor R&D
  • Understanding of national lab capabilities
  • International business development expertise
