REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, within B2B SaaS or a related industry.
  • Must have Public Sector experience related to SLED, government, education and/or workforce development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, MEDDPICC, consultative selling, and account planning.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Hubspot, Highspot, G-Suite and Gemini AI.
  • Knowledge of Challenger Sales methodology is a plus.
  • Experience working with skilled trades or workforce training solutions is a plus.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.

    Pay: $90k-110k base salary, uncapped commission, $180k-220k OTE

Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition in the Public Sector.
  • Utilize a combination of inbound leads, SDR support and self-sourced leads (prospecting).
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, developing tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Interplay Learning’s platform.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including SDR team, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline, report on progress, and forecast revenue outcomes to leadership.
  • Represent Interplay Learning at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build credibility and enhance brand visibility.
