This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Executive - Southern California in California (USA). This role is a senior sales position focused on driving new business and expanding existing enterprise accounts in the Southern California region. The Strategic Account Executive will develop tailored strategies to engage and win major accounts, building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and championing solutions that address critical business needs. This position requires sophisticated research, consultative selling, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction while consistently delivering revenue targets. The role offers a remote work model with strong regional engagement for client-facing activities. \n Accountabilities: Source, qualify, and close net-new enterprise accounts within the Southern California territory. Build and maintain executive-level relationships, identifying sponsors and champions to support adoption. Conduct in-depth account research and understand client business objectives to execute value-driven sales cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEs, BDRs, PMs, and Engineers, to advance opportunities and ensure customer success. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings. Create data-driven ROI reports, business justification materials, and run POCs based on client success criteria. Consistently meet or exceed ARR revenue targets through a metric-based approach. Requirements: 8+ years of closing experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record as a top performer. Demonstrated ability to sell complex, technical SaaS or cloud-based solutions to large organizations. Experience engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex organizational structures. Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics. Proficiency with target account selling, solution selling, and methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger preferred. Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate highly technical products in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Resides in or willing to work within the Southern California region; remote flexibility with occasional client visits.
