Role Overview The Strategic Account Manager for Pipes, Valves, and Fittings (PVL) Lead is responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the PVL sector. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs within the PVL industry, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth. The Strategic Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities Manage and grow key accounts within the Energy Segment. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Provide regular account performance reports to senior management. Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are properly fulfilled and customer needs are met. Performs additional duties as assigned or required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred. 7+ years of experience in account management within the PVL sector Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365. Proficiency in CRM software. Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal]. Thrives in a collaborative team environment. Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach. Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test.
