    The Strategic Account Manager leads relationships with Coates’ largest customers, developing and executing strategic account plans to drive sales and revenue. By engaging directly with key stakeholders, the SAM gains deep customer insights to deliver tailored solutions and long-term value.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred but not essential), and strong relationships across the hire industry and related sectors
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales or key account management role, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at all levels.
  • A solid understanding of value-added selling, business development, with strong business acumen and data interpretation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, backed by industry knowledge and an ability to understand and respond to complex customer needs.
  • The capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
