The Role: FOREWARN seeks a motivated, self-driven Strategic Account Manager to drive company growth by leading the business development efforts of our individual realtor clients, as well as increasing awareness and adoption among our association customers. What You Will Do: Strategically partner with key association customers to help drive awareness, education, and usage/adoption of FOREWARN among their membership to ensure client satisfaction and retain existing revenue. Drive new revenue growth through sales efforts focused on individual real estate agents. Exceed monthly / quarterly / annual revenue and key customer adoption targets. Build and manage pipeline / forecast to properly project revenue and attainment of assigned goals. Develop and work leads provided from marketing activities to establish relationships with decision makers and win new business. Serve as the subject matter expert with regards to FOREWARN solutions and the impact they provide to clients. Perform demonstrations of FOREWARN solutions to clients and prospects to explain the solutions and gain client commitment to use the solutions. Deliver all necessary reports required by management in a timely fashion. What You Bring: Prior experience in the real estate industry as a former agent, or in a role working alongside agents/brokers is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Team player disposition. Superior organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage Salesforce reporting pertaining to prospects, opportunities, customer base and revenue forecasting. Skilled with Microsoft applications and Salesforce. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers.
