DESCRIPTION
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for customer retention and growth. The Strategic Account Manager is a problem solver and seeks to build long-term relationships with customers in support of growing the revenue of FIDELTIONE. The Strategic Account Manager will manage their assigned accounts in Salesforce to ensure compliance with the sales process. As the point of contact for both internal resources and the customer the Strategic Account Manager manages the flow of communications and ensures the customer is informed and satisfied.
