Responsibilities
  • Establish, maintain, strengthen and further develop strategic account customer relationships, utilizing all TTI’s products and services
  • Develop the corporate strategy for these strategic accounts and work tactically with the sales branches to ensure that TTI is the preferred supplier
  • Identifiy & drive key target business opportunities to profitably grow sales, meet growth targets and increase our market share
  • Maintain awareness for all relevant market activities and trends, through networking or events, to add value and aid in making informed decisions
  • Communicate proactively with manufacturers and across all TTI internal departments, regionally and globally, to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Manage, coordinate and set pricing strategies for key customer quotes with relevant TTI departments and target key manufactures
  • Establish Key Customer Relationships at all levels, create formal presentations & lead strategic business meetings
  • Understand customer inventory positions and procurement strategies utilizing logistics programs to add value
