We are seeking a passionate and driven Global Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with industry-leading OEMs and lead the Sales lifecycle of our cutting edge products \n What will your job look like? Work in the business development organization supporting and leading OEM sales and commercial strategies. Create long‑term relationships with strategic customers through insightful negotiations and exceptional service. Manage the entire sales process from RFQ/RFI review to issuing competitive price indications and negotiating commercial terms. Lead the commercial aspects with strategic costumers. Be the single point of contact for customer commercial inquiries, ensuring a seamless communication flow and outstanding customer experience. Translate technical details into clear commercial benefits that resonate with clients. Work in a team supporting multiple OEMs and Tier 1s in driving success together. All you need is: 5 years of experience in a similar high‑tech role, demonstrating your expertise in a fast‑paced environment. Strong background in technical sales, capable of navigating complex negotiations and sales processes with ease. A natural ability to connect with clients and build mutual collaborations. Experience in complex projects involving both HW and SW developments. Detail‑oriented and capable of keeping the big picture in mind to make strategic decisions. High level of proficiency in both verbal and written English to engage effectively with global stakeholders. BA degree; an MBA is a plus. Solid understanding of technical business principles, particularly in the automotive ADAS/AV market.
