STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER - NOVOGRAF

We partner with some of the UK’s most recognised brands across retail, hospitality and foodservice, delivering standout visual and experiential environments. As part of our ambitious growth journey, we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead major client relationships and unlock new commercial opportunities.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role with a clear path toward a senior leadership position within 2–3 years. You’ll report directly to the senior commercial team and play a key role in shaping our business success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value, blue-chip accounts, ensuring exceptional service, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Build deep, strategic relationships with key clients and act as their trusted advisor.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within defined target sectors.
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing on lead generation initiatives and sector-specific campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal design, production, and delivery teams to ensure projects exceed expectations.
  • Provide regular reporting on account performance, pipeline, and commercial activity.
