About the Role As Strategic Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing Munu’s largest Nordic customer accounts. You’ll be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring not just delivery success but long-term partnership and commercial value. You’ll own the follow-up after the sale is closed, with responsibility for structured onboarding, scalable operations, and ongoing customer success. This includes supporting expansion and contributing to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and portfolio growth. This is a true bridge role — connecting Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing internally, while building strong and trusted relationships externally. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same, and you’ll collaborate with colleagues and customers across the Nordics — including some travel. You’ll report to the Head of Large Accounts, and work closely with Sales Executives, Technical Account Managers, Product, Operations and Marketing.
