Summary
As the Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be at the center of our growth story. You won’t just manage accounts — you’ll become a trusted partner to some of the world’s most influential organizations. This role is about curiosity, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their biggest challenges, then show them how our solutions can help them unlock new levels of success.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role where you’ll combine strategy, creativity, and data to drive growth within your accounts. Reporting to the director of sales, you will own 4-8 named accounts. This is a remote position with 10-50% travel to your clients who are based primarily in North America.

Essential Duties

  • Manage the executive, regional, and site level “champion” relationships to be the primary owner of key accounts
  • Measure the value delivered to your accounts and communicate this at the executive level at business reviews
  • Understand the account’s corporate goals and create a plan on how our solution will impact their objectives
  • Uncover and qualify expansion opportunities, get executive alignment and drive the implementation
  • Map the opportunities to project future revenue at each client and build a plan to execute.
  • Direct the internal day-to-day teams to execute successful implementation and communicate this progress to the internal leadership team
  • Work with marketing team to communicate the value we deliver to clients to guide case studies and messaging
  • Work with product team to guide on client needs and uncover future needs

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B Enterprise Software account management with a record of successfully achieving quota and growth
  • Technologically-savvy
  • Proven relationship builder
  • Ability to use data to showcase value delivered to various stakeholders and clearly communicate externally with storytelling ability
  • Ability to problem solve and configure a digital tool to the clients needs to create value
  • Consultative approach in uncovering current and future business needs
  • Create and convert proposals to solve client challenges
  • Communicate strategy and actions internally and ensure it is being implemented and adopted
  • Account contact mapping
  • Ability to work, adapt and grow in a high paced, team-oriented, rapid growth environment
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and maintenance procedures (Lean / TPM knowledge an asset
