Job Description: As an established part of the Customer Management team supporting Health Systems, the Strategic Account Representative (SAR) works closely with the customer, sales, and other McKesson support teams to provide exceptional service. The SAR role is assigned to McKesson’s largest customers across Enterprise. Partnering externally with the customer and internally with McKesson’s subject matter experts, the SAR role is designed to support daily activities critical to the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Acts as primary customer contact for daily customer activities Utilizes data to help customers better understand their business and opportunities with McKesson Tracks open customer issues and partners with other back-office teams on timely resolution Prepare and monitor customer reports Attend and assist in customer meetings as needed, where appropriate Minimum Requirements: 2+ years relevant experience Critical Skills: 2+ years’ experience with client/customer management Intermediate (Strong) proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel 2+ years of experience preparing, managing, and presenting customer reporting Experience in managing excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders Excellent abilities in managing competing priorities while balancing the needs of customers Additional Knowledge & Skills: Experience working in Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or JDE Solid understanding of the medical surgical industry with a comprehensive knowledge of customer service policies, practices, and systems preferred Energetic self-starter with a passion for customer experience The ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers, and co-workers Education: HS Diploma or equivalent required 4-year degree preferred Physical Requirements: Large percentage of time performing computer-based work within an office setting Must be authorized to work in the US.
