ABC Supply is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and handle office duties associated with the Accounts Receivable functions.

Specific duties may include:

• Entering customer payments and preparing deposits
• Mailing, filing, and maintaining customer invoices
• Completing journal entries as needed
• Reporting information to assist in month-end close
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Providing superior customer service
• Setting up new customers in the system
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Specific qualifications include:

• Solid understanding of general accounting principles
• A minimum of two years experience doing similar work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to learn quickly
• Basic computer skills
