You will own complex, high-impact relationships and drive multi-year value for customers and Omnicell alike. Key responsibilities include:   * Build and execute winning account strategies * Develop and implement long-term, strategic selling plans aligned to customer priorities and Omnicell’s growth objectives * Identify optimal deal structures and create compelling, value-based solutions that drive sustainable partnerships * Lead high-value negotiations * Own contract strategy, pricing models, and negotiation processes * Deliver outcomes that balance customer success with Omnicell’s business goals * Collaborate across Omnicell * Partner closely with Field Sales, Operations, Service, Finance, Legal, IT, and Marketing teams * Align internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer engagement and execution * Engage executive leadership * Build trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives across Pharmacy, IT, and Supply Chain * Partner with Omnicell leadership to refine market approaches, report on strategic account performance, and drive critical initiatives * Expand Omnicell’s market presence * Develop deep insight into customer priorities and long-term technology investment strategies * Ensure Omnicell is positioned as a strategic, enterprise-level partner * Leverage data and insights * Utilize Salesforce.com and internal systems to build and manage sales pipelines * Maintain accurate forecasts, monitor account health, and capture market intelligence   Who You Are You are a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by meaningful impact in healthcare.   Required Experience & Skills   * 8+ years of sales experience, including management of corporate or strategic accounts * 5+ years of capital equipment or solution-based sales experience * 2+ years in strategic account management or corporate sales roles * 2+ years of healthcare experience (acute or post-acute), managing assigned territories or accounts * Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and contract structuring capabilities * Proven ability to influence C-suite and senior executive decision-makers * Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% as needed   Preferred Qualifications * Master’s degree in a related field * Experience selling clinical or IT applications * Understanding of pharmacy operations, automation, or healthcare supply chain workflows   How You'll Elevate at Omnicell You will bring Omnicell’s Elevate Behaviors to life in your work every day: * Collaborate Build strong partnerships across internal teams and customer organizations to achieve shared success. * Inspire Communicate with authenticity and influence, creating excitement around Omnicell’s vision and solutions. * Develop Take ownership of your growth while sharing expertise and mentoring others. * Execute Prioritize effectively, manage complex initiatives, and deliver measurable results. * Impact Challenge the status quo, apply market insights, and take bold actions that create competitive advantage.   Why This Role Matters As a Strategic Account Executive, you will help define how healthcare systems invest in technology that improves safety, efficiency, and patient care.
