JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be on the front line of our business and are directly responsible for the generation of tens of millions in gross auction proceeds every year. Your focus is handling all OEM clients. As the main contact for a portfolio of major accounts you build relationships with executives and other stakeholder at all levels throughout the customers´ organization. Travelling throughout Europe, you are well known at our client’s head- and branch offices. Having a cross-territorial and international role you are well equipped to connect and align both in- and outside of Ritchie Bros.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a strategic thinker, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fast-paced setting. Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment. You have a digital first approach when it comes to sales-tactics, but you are able to switch to conventional methods with ease. Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills are essential for this job.
