For this role you must have a strong sales drive, with the ability to adjust style and approach as required by the customer. You must balance persistence and perseverance with a sense of urgency. You’ll need to be a strong hunter, but also value account management and retention. Because you’re working on adjacent opportunities within an already established team, there will be crossover between accounts and distributors; therefore you must be an exceptionally strong collaborator, recognizing that transparency and over-communication are keys to sustained success for all stakeholders with a “one-team-one-dream” mentality. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for selling Minor Figures products into multi-unit regional and national coffee chains, and is the primary sales contact for foodservice opportunities (outside of specialty cafes). This is an individual contributor, quota-carrying sales role focusing on both short- and long-term sales targets.
