Responsibilities
  • Revenue Strategy Development: As the Alliances Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving comprehensive revenue growth strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders across the region to ensure internal alignment and manage/influence across various departments, including Global Sales, Partnerships, and Solutions Consultants to drive revenue maximization.
  • Partner Driven growth strategy Create and drive enterprise pipeline of Partner-specific opportunities in collaboration with leadership. Manage relationships with strategic high-volume partners and focus on forecasting, enablement, and performance management resulting in increase in partner-generated revenue.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide insights to the team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to ensure the success of the partnership and maximize revenue opportunities, including education on how to maximize subscription credits. These would be specific to the nature of the business and service line and this role will play the bridge between the partner ecosystem.
  • Market Expansion Design and implement innovative go-to-market programs, resulting in increase in pipeline generation. Pursue new business opportunities, resulting in the acquisition of new customers and new business opportunities in multiple existing accounts.
    Work collaboratively with the technology partners to conduct demonstrations to potential customers and internal stakeholders, resulting in increase in conversion rate.

Create marketing plan/agenda, collateral development, and fund utilization plan with ‘regional marketing’; track execution & effectiveness KPIs

  • Cross Functional Collaboration Collaborate with multiple teams including the marketing and internal practice teams to onboard new partners, cultivate and develop existing partners and ensuring all relevant agreements are in placeso that the pursuits are in compliance with partner.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams including the legal team for negotiations of SoW, onboarding partners by ensuring all due diligence are met.

Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to align on strategies and ensure seamless execution of alliance initiatives, including effective use of subscription credits to drive partner acquisition.
