POSITION: BILLING ANALYST (M/F) The Start People Lyon agency is looking for a Billing Analyst for its client specializing in energy supply, to analyze and resolve production issues. As part of your duties, you will be required to: - Manage unbilled contracts, - Integrate gas and electricity meter readings that are not automatically recorded, - Analyze billing issues and correct erroneous invoices where necessary, - Implement corrective actions requested by distributors, - Assist customers in understanding their invoices and account status through outgoing calls and letters, - Process requests and complaints, - Analyze written requests and complaints and then send responses directly to customers while ensuring compliance with established processing deadlines, - Answer incoming calls via the telephone system, - Make responses available to customers in their user area, - Create and track requests to network managers via their portals, - This role will require regular communication with various stakeholders. - Internally, primarily: other members of the billing team, the sales and collection teams, distributor experts, and user support (SAP IT team). - Externally: Network administrators (via online portals) and clients. - CONTRACT CONDITIONS: - Location: Lyon 7 - Long-term temporary contract - Remuneration:€2,200 to €2,700 - Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm / Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm PROFILE: - You have a good command of SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
