Your responsibilities will include: Build structured data tables to support efficient usage and reporting; identify primary keys for linking data sources. Establish processes and metrics to track and improve model accuracy over time, including sensitivity analysis of assumptions. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate new programs into the dataset as they are launched. Bachelor's degree in a data-related or business-related discipline Minimum of 3 years' experience in data analytics, strategy, marketing, PMO, or R&D Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a continuous learning orientation Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments and understand various stakeholder perspectives Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting Master's degree in data or business analytics Experience with Python, VBA, or other programming/machine learning languages Demonstrated ability to influence without authority Familiarity with R&D, marketing, or strategic program processes Requisition ID: 615896 Minimum Salary: $72800 Maximum Salary: $138300 Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
