What you’ll be doing: Supporting the development and delivery of the Enterprise Technology Strategy engagement and communication plan Coordinating strategic planning, governance, and performance management activities across technology initiatives Analysing market, peer, and competitor technology trends to inform strategic thinking Identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on business operations Contributing to the creation of multi-year technology roadmaps and investment plans Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align strategic priorities Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and compelling way Tracking key performance indicators and supporting portfolio management activities Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Proven experience in strategy, technology portfolio management, or business analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and innovative mindset Confidence in presenting complex information to senior stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint Familiarity with performance tracking frameworks such as KPIs and OKRs Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail A collaborative approach and a passion for driving positive change Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
