Role: Strategic Bid Manager Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 1-2 days in the office per week Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE, plus up to a 10% annual discretionary bonus and our extensive benefits Contract type: Permanent Employment type: Full time Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The Strategic Bid Manager will drive Pharmacy2U’s growth by managing bids and tenders across NHS, private and digital health markets. Responsible for identifying opportunities and delivering high-quality, compliant proposals, the role supports the full bid lifecycle from qualification through to submission and onboarding. Working closely with Partnerships and cross-functional teams, the postholder will develop clear, compelling responses aligned to strategic objectives.
