MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or medical aesthetics business development.
  • Proven expertise in cross-border partnerships, international financial modeling, and product commercialization (Korea–U.S. market focus).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and project coordination skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CFA certification (or passed CFA Level I).
  • Experience with medical aesthetics or healthcare product launches.
  • Korean language proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop U.S. market entry strategies for Korean-origin medical aesthetics products.
  • Identify and negotiate cross-border partnerships (joint ventures, licensing, distribution).
  • Draft and review agreements (MOUs, NDAs, term sheets).
  • Build advanced financial models (DCF, sensitivity, synergy-based) for U.S.–Korea projects.
  • Track ROI and market performance of new products; recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Coordinate initiatives with marketing, regulatory, and R&D teams; act as internal subject-matter expert.
