About the role We have an opportunity for a Strategic Business Solutions Coordinator to be part of our Business Improvement & Governance, People & Capability Command team. The Strategic Business Solutions Coordinator supports a culture of continuous growth through project scoping, initiation and evaluation of governance and business improvement, processes and services.The People & Capability Command is responsible for providing human resources and education services to the NSW Police Force across the employee lifecycle. The role is in a region team that coordinates and provides oversight, advice, and guidance to People & Capability Command in relation to risk management, governance, internal auditing, and business optimisation. The role is involved in coordination and implementation of quality assurance programs, business plan development, business continuity planning and strategic projects to improve performance and functions aligned to strategic outcomes. This position is located in our modern office at Sydney Olympic Park, right next to Olympic Park train station.
