The Perks: Strategic Buyer I - $54k-$64k Strategic Buyer II - $64k-$74k Amazing benefits Awesome industry deals Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Plan and procure raw and finished goods to meet demand while optimizing inventory, service levels, and total landed cost. Monitor supplier performance and purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery and uninterrupted supply. Resolve supply, quality, and invoice issues through root-cause analysis and corrective action. Build and manage strong supplier partnerships, agreements, and performance metrics to drive reliability and cost control. Partner with Finance on cash flow, working capital, and material spend forecasting; provide visibility into purchasing plans and payment terms. Participate in occasional early-morning or evening meetings to support global supplier coordination. Skills desired: Highly motivated self-starter able to work with limited supervision. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. Collaborative, flexible, and cooperative team contributor. Effective communicator, across all organizational levels. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ownership mindset. Ability to anticipate issues, troubleshoot, and provide scalable solutions. Required experience: Level I – 2+ years of related experience OR a bachelor’s degree in related field and 0-2 years of related experience; work is closely managed. Level II – bachelor’s degree in related field and 2-4+ years related experience; occasionally directed. Work Environment: This is a full-time position working a 5x8 Monday - Friday schedule. Regular onsite attendance is expected and required. Must be able to work in an office and loud environment, with occasional visits to operational or manufacturing settings. Requires sitting for long periods of time at a keyboard in an office environment but can also require standing, walking, bending, grasping, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching to perform the functions of this position. Must be able to understand the speech of another person as well as speak clearly so listeners can understand. Regularly required to talk and hear. Must be able to occasionally lift products, supplies and materials weighing up to 40 lbs. (couple times per week). Some domestic and/or international travel (~5–10%) may be required.
