Join MOL-LUB in a key Strategic Buyer role, where you will lead high-value procurement activities across direct and indirect materials, services, and purchased finished goods. Your work will directly influence supplier strategy, long-term cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the organization. What are the daily tasks? Lead end-to-end strategic procurement activities for assigned material and service categories, ensuring optimal economic and technical outcomes. Plan, coordinate, and execute tender procedures and sourcing events in compliance with applicable regulations and internal procurement policies. Conduct high-level procurement market research to continuously expand the supplier base and monitor current market and industry trends. Prepare comprehensive decision-support materials for management, enabling multi-year strategic sourcing and supplier decisions. Manage contract negotiations, contract execution, and complex contract lifecycle management in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Develop procurement-related reports, dashboards, and KPIs, and actively manage supplier performance and compliance. Who are we looking for? Educational Background: University or College degree (BSc or MSc), preferably in economics, engineering, law, or a related field. Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing. Solid hands-on experience in contract negotiation and contract management. Strong understanding of markets, commodities, and supplier dynamics. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Sound commercial awareness and financial mindset. Confident user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise systems (SAP or similar). Mindset & Interpersonal skills: Process-oriented, precise, and collaborative team player. Ability to work effectively with multinational stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive attitude with a structured, solution-oriented approach. High level of integrity and commitment to ethical, compliance, and data protection standards. Why us?
