Wen wir suchen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in standortübergreifenden Projekten und komplexen Organisationen
• Zusätzliche Qualifikation im Projektmanagement (PRINCE2, IPMA oder vergleichbar) und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean / Change Management-Methoden sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Einkauf und Produktion
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der GMH Gruppe
• Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Your tasks

• You are responsible for purchasing defined product groups in an international environment with your own purchasing volume of up to 10 million EUR.
• You ensure that materials and components are available on time and economically, and support operational purchasing in case of escalation.
• You are an important internal sparring partner for the areas of manufacturing, development and service.
• You are the central contact person for supplier selection, technical coordination, and price and contract negotiations.
• You communicate confidently with national and international suppliers in German and English.
• You identify new suppliers, build sustainable partnerships, and further develop existing relationships.
• You analyze markets, identify potential savings, and actively contribute optimization ideas.
• You ensure delivery quality and adherence to deadlines, while keeping an eye on costs, quality, and performance.
• You will work in interdisciplinary project teams on the development of new products.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training or a degree, whether technical or business-oriented.
• You have professional experience in purchasing at a manufacturing company.
• You are familiar with different product categories.
• You are proficient in MS Office, ideally also in SAP.
• You work independently, in a structured manner and with personal responsibility.
• You are team-oriented, flexible, and pragmatically involved.
• You communicate clearly and present yourself confidently even in international environments.
