We are looking for a Strategic Client Advisor to join our growing Carlisle studio. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives on solving complex client challenges, building long-term relationships, and driving meaningful growth. It blends consultative sales, high-touch client care, and commercial insight in a unique and purpose-led business.

• Engage with private collectors, insurers, institutions, and designers to convert enquiries into confirmed restoration projects.
• Own the full client journey: from discovery and proposal to quote follow-up, relationship nurturing, and project handover.
• Proactively develop outbound opportunities: reconnect with previous clients, engage new sectors, and generate leads that align with our mission.
• Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell or upsell our specialist services.
• Represent the company with warmth and professionalism across all touchpoints — whether in person, on calls, or at events.
• Collaborate with our expert studio team to scope timelines, budgets, and outcomes that deliver exceptional value.
• Analyse pipeline, lead conversion, and enquiry trends to support strategic decision-making and continual improvement.
