As we enter a significant expansion phase, we are seeking a highly qualified Strategic Co-Founder & Capital Partner to join our leadership structure and contribute to the long-term development of the group. This appointment is designed for a senior professional or experienced investor seeking meaningful equity ownership and long-term value creation within a growing multi-division financial platform. About Avertis Group Avertis Group operates across three core business units: Avertis Private Capital Management (APCM) Active trading strategies and alternative investment solutions for private investors, delivered with disciplined Swiss risk governance. Our ambition is to build a globally positioned private capital ecosystem with operations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Position Summary The Strategic Co-Founder & Capital Partner will operate as a key member of the leadership structure, providing strategic direction and supporting the expansion of the group across investment, advisory and private equity verticals. This role does not include operational management responsibilities and can be fulfilled alongside existing professional commitments. Benefits • Early access to equity in a multi division financial organization • Significant long term appreciation potential as AUM, transactions and advisory revenue grow • Participation in private equity style upside without operational load • Priority allocation in future acquisition vehicles and managed strategies • Co creation of the private equity roadmap and investment structures Professional and Leadership Benefits • Executive level influence across all business units • Direct partnership with the founder in a high growth stage • Ability to shape governance, capital strategy and market positioning • Exposure to international markets with Swiss institutional credibility • Flexible involvement tailored to your strengths and seniority Personal and Career Benefits • A seat at the table in building an emerging financial group • Ownership in a structure that can scale across geographies and verticals • Long term partnership built on transparency, trust and alignment • The ability to leverage your experience for equity creation rather than salary These benefits are designed for a senior leader who wants to move from professional success into long term ownership.
