Job Description Industry Focus: Motors Your contribution to something big As a Strategic Commercial Buyer, you play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and resilience of Bosch’s global supply chain for our sustainable HVAC portfolio. You will work on procurement strategies, lead negotiations, build sustainable supplier relationships to contribute innovation and long-term growth. Support to develop and implement cost-effective and sustainable procurement strategies Manage key agreements: Lead contract & price negotiations and (Corporate Agreements, Price Agreements etc.) Conduct market analyses and supplier evaluations to identify opportunities and mitigate risks Represent the company and act as the main interface towards suppliers. Risk management and supplier performance improvement initiatives Support phase-out projects and maintain transparent communication towards suppliers Optimize ERP data in SAP and manage pricing structures effectively Qualifications What distinguishes you? Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field. Experience: Proven experience in commercial procurement, supplier negotiation, and contract management of 5 years International sourcing experience and technical background related to heat pump technology is a plus Working Style and Methods: Responsibility and ownership. structured, detail-oriented, and proactive; Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
