Job Title Strategic Construction & Design Leader - Healthcare Job Description As a Strategic Construction & Design Leader, you will advise and partner with health systems executives and design/construction teams to integrate Philips technologies into facility design and capital planning, ensuring future-ready healthcare environments aligned with clinical workflows, sustainability goals, and technology requirements to strengthen long-term partnerships. Your role: Advise C-suite and capital planning teams on facility strategies and technology roadmaps, translating clinical, operational, and financial goals into integrated solutions. Lead visioning sessions and executive briefings to position Philips as a long-term strategic partner. Build strong relationships with health system leaders and industry partners while serving as the primary strategic contact to align Philips’ internal teams with external stakeholders. Represent Philips in planning groups and forums to reinforce its position as a trusted thought leader. Provide early input on space planning, equipment layout, and workflow optimization to influence Request for Proposals (RFPs) and funding decisions, supported by feasibility and risk analyses that guide budgeting and reduce late-stage changes. Collaborate with account and design teams to position Philips solutions and define specifications for strategic capital projects. Maintain executive engagement during project execution by advising on design changes, construction impacts, and technology integration. Drive future refresh, expansion, and sustainability plans to keep Philips embedded in long-term capital strategies. Serve as a strategic thought partner to collaborate across the Philips enterprise, guiding Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) construction strategy and pre/post deal success. Will initially serve as a leader of influence, with a future roadmap to lead a team of direct reports. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in healthcare facility strategy, project management, and/or design advisory within a healthcare or medical technology setting. Your skills include a strong understanding of healthcare construction standards, project management, regulatory codes, business development acumen, and clinical workflow design. You have bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, healthcare administration, or another related field of study. Master’s degree is preferred. You have a proven ability to influence senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position. You must be able to: Travel for business; operate a company motor vehicle/drive (maintain licensure and comply with fleet policy). Approximately 70% travel to customer locations across the United States is required. Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting. Work in a hospital/healthcare environment (must adhere to hospital/healthcare environment requirements and comply with vendor credentialing). Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $234,000 to $260,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
