Description
Support MMC's daily activities and contribute to the team's critical mission by acting as the key point of contact in the region. Analyze emerging and long-term cyber threats-including nation-state activity, criminal ecosystems, and sector-specific risks-to assess potential impacts on the organization and the broader financial system. Develop and deliver strategic intelligence assessments that inform executive leadership, cyber risk management, and strategic security planning. Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory developments to evaluate how macro trends influence the cyber threat landscape and the organization's risk posture. Identify strategic intelligence requirements and prioritize analytical efforts to align with business objectives, regulatory obligations, and risk tolerance. Synthesize complex intelligence from multiple sources (technical, open-source, partner, and internal reporting) into cohesive narratives that support high-level decision-making. Produce forward-looking threat horizon reports and strategic briefings for senior stakeholders, helping anticipate and mitigate emerging risks. Advise on intelligence-driven policy, controls, and strategic risk scenarios, bridging the gap between technical intelligence and business context. Track and manage internal cyber metrics and collate relevant information on triage/remediation to summarize for leadership consumption. What you'll bring to the role: Working knowledge of security frameworks and models, including MITRE ATT&CK. At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity or threat intelligence function. Excellent ability to translate complex issues to relevant audiences, both verbally and written. Experience in strategic writing and the ability to make analytical judgements using recognized probabilistic frameworks to support decision-making and influence key stakeholders. Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience liaising with a variety of technical, business, and executive stakeholders for effective collaboration and information sharing. Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and threats in the cybersecurity landscape. Experience working in an Investment Banking environment. Experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on stakeholder engagement in related roles. Salary range for the position $85,000 to $150,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
