Description:

MISSION

The Strategic Corporate Development and Partnerships Executive at the International French
School (Singapore) plays a key role in driving student enrolment growth and securing
strategic corporate sponsorships. The primary mission is to attract and engage prospective
families while building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with corporations and
community organisations. This role supports the school’s goal of maintaining its position as a
premium international school and ensuring financial sustainability through increased
student registrations and diversified revenue streams.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related

field.

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, corporate partnerships,

or a related role.

  • Proven track record in securing sponsorships or building partnerships.
  • Experience in the education sector or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage

with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Student Enrolment and Family Engagement

  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective families to

increase student enrolment.

  • Support the planning and organisation of admissions events, including school tours,

open days, and information sessions.

  • Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless and personalised

experience for potential families.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust engagement strategies

and outreach efforts.

  • Maintain an updated database of prospective families, ensuring timely

communication and follow-ups.

Corporate Sponsorships and Partnerships

  • Research and identify potential corporate partners and sponsors aligned with the

school’s mission and values.

  • Support negotiations and secure and manage sponsorship agreements and Corporate

Membership Partnerships to enhance the school’s programs, events, facilities and

Governance.

  • Develop long-term relationships with sponsors and Corporate Membership Partners

and ensure that all sponsorship obligations are met.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorships and benefits from the

Corporate Membership Partnership programme into school events, initiatives, and
marketing efforts.

Marketing and Community Engagement

  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns aimed at prospective families and

corporate partners.

  • Represent IFS at external events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences

to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.

  • Support the Communications team in developing content and materials for

promotional campaigns, media outreach, and digital platforms.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to student enrolment, family

engagement, and partnership outcomes.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward enrolment and

sponsorship targets.
